We do not require minimum order value per purchase.

If you wish to change your order, we advise you to contact our customer service. If your personalized product has already been put into production, it is no longer possible to change your order.

You can return a (non-personalized) order within 14 days by sending it to the address below. Please always send (a copy of) the packing slip so we can be able to process the return quickly. As soon as we have received and processed the return of the undamaged item, you will receive a notification and we will transfer the money to your account within 14-30 days.
