How does Magstuff handle my personal information?
We guarantee your privacy. We use the information you provide, such as your name, address, telephone number, credit card number, exclusively for processing your order and keeping our records and tax returns. What is the minimum order value?
We do not require minimum order value per purchase.
How do I change my online order?
If you wish to change your order, we advise you to contact our customer service. If your personalized product has already been put into production, it is no longer possible to change your order.
How can I return an order?
You can return a (non-personalized) order within 14 days by sending it to the address below. Please always send (a copy of) the packing slip so we can be able to process the return quickly. As soon as we have received and processed the return of the undamaged item, you will receive a notification and we will transfer the money to your account within 14-30 days. Therefore, we would like to receive your IBAN number. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping. Magstuff f.a.o. I would like to cancel my order; how do I do that?
This would be possible only if your order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible by email: Personalized or custom-made orders cannot be cancelled.
What are the payment methods offered by our webshop?
Our payments are regulated by Multisafepay. You can pay with Mastercard, VISA, iDEAL, Sofort banking, Bancontact, Pay Pal or per Bank Transfer.
Do you have a secure order and payment system?
We take the protection of personal data very seriously and we understand how important it is that you place and pay for an order safely and smoothly. That is why our order and payment systems are equipped with the so-called 'SSL connection' (Secured Sockets Layer). This is a technology used to create a safe connection between the client and the server which transmits data. This means that your connection is secure and any data you input into the website is encrypted to prevent any form of abuse of your personal information. Using SSL protected type of payment, you do not need to acquire other special software. You can recognize a secure SSL connection by the green padlock that appears in your internet address bar.
Can I come to collect the product which I ordered online?

Is VAT calculated on selling price of the products on the webshop?
Yes, all the prices listed on the webshop are including VAT. It will be charged in accordance to the Dutch legal regulations and rate.

How will my order be delivered?
We ship our orders through DHL or Post NL. By default, Post NL delivers within 1 working day within the Netherlands and Belgium. For International deliveries to other European countries, it may take a few days longer.
Do you also ship Internationally?
Yes, we also ship abroad. You can find in the checkout page the countries we ship to. For international shipments to other countries, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
What is the standard delivery time?
The standard delivery time for items in stock is 1 working day. If the order is placed before 2 pm, we ship the same day. For personalized products, the production time is 3 working days. In case you need the products faster please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
What are the shipping costs?
For parcel post shipments to a delivery address in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany or France, the shipping costs starts from 6,50 EUR incl. VAT. If we can ship with mailbox post, the shipping costs to above countries starts from 6,50 EUR incl. VAT.
What if the product received is not of satisfactory quality?
We take complaints from our customers very seriously. Of course, we do everything we can to deliver the products as agreed. If nevertheless, the product does not work satisfactorily or if the item deviates from what has been agreed, please contact us. You must notify us of any complaints by e-mail within 5 working days after delivery. We will handle your complaint based on a physical copy and/or photos. You will receive a response from us within 1 working day. If your complaint is justified, we will make and/or send another one again free of charge. A reason for a valid complaint may be that the product deviates from the digital example or that it does not function sufficiently. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund for any personalized products. Yet you can return the faulty products back to us.
