You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at retour@magstuff.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of reporting your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Please note:  
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

1. that have been created by the merchant in conformance with consumer specifications;
2. that are clearly personal in specific nature;
3. that cannot be returned due to their specific nature.

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the guarantee, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
