How can I return an order?

You can return a (non-personalized) order within 14 days by sending it to the address below. Please always send (a copy of) the packing slip so we can be able to process the return quickly.

As soon as we have received and processed the return of the undamaged item, you will receive a notification and we will transfer the money to your account within 14-30 days. Therefore, we would like to receive your IBAN number. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping.
