How does MagStuff handle my personal information?

At MagStuff, we take your privacy seriously. The information you provide, such as your name, address, phone number, and payment details, is used solely for processing your order, maintaining our records, and fulfilling tax obligations. What does holding force mean? 

Holding force refers to the magnetic strength that keeps an object attached to a ferromagnetic surface, such as iron.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@magstuff.eu or send us a WhatsApp message at +31 (0)40 340 00 02.

Note that personalized or custom-made orders cannot be canceled.

What payment methods are available? 

Payments are securely processed by Multisafepay. You can pay using Mastercard, VISA, iDEAL, Sofort Banking, Bancontact, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and understand how important it is to make your order and payment process safe and seamless.

That's why our order and payment systems are equipped with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which ensures a secure connection between your device and our server. This encryption keeps your data safe, preventing any misuse of your personal information. No additional software is required to use SSL-secured payments. You can easily recognize a secure connection by the green padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is €10.00 per order (including VAT, excluding shipping costs).

How can I change my online order?

To change your order, please contact our customer service team. If your personalized product is already in production, we are unable to make changes to the order.

How can I return an order? 

You can return a non-personalized order within 14 days by sending it to the address below. Please include a copy of the packing slip to help us process your return quickly. Once we receive and process the return of the undamaged item, we will send you a notification and refund your payment within 14-30 days. To process the refund, please provide your IBAN number. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Personalized items made to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

Is VAT included in the product prices on the webshop? 

Yes, all prices on the webshop include VAT, which is applied according to Dutch legal regulations and the applicable rate.

How will my order be delivered?

We ship all orders via PostNL. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery typically occurs within 1 business day.

What is the standard delivery time? 

The standard delivery time for in-stock items is 1 business day. For personalized products, the production time is 3 business days.

What are the shipping costs? 

For parcel deliveries to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, or France, shipping costs start at €6.50 (including VAT).

What if the product I received is not of satisfactory quality? 

We take customer complaints very seriously and strive to deliver products as promised. If the product does not meet your expectations or differs from what was agreed upon, please contact us. You must notify us of any issues by email within 5 business days of delivery. To assist with your complaint, please provide a physical copy and/or photos. We will respond within 1 business day.

If your complaint is valid, we will replace or resend the item free of charge. Valid reasons for a complaint may include the product differing from the digital example or not functioning properly. Please note that personalized products are non-refundable, but you can return faulty items to us.
