Return
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Once we receive the return, you’ll be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. The return shipping costs (from your address to our store) are your responsibility. If you exercise your right to withdraw, please ensure the product is returned with all accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the product in good condition.
Return exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Products made to consumer specifications.
- Clearly personalized items.
- Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
Complaints
We take great care to ensure our products are delivered in perfect condition. However, should an item be damaged during shipping or have any defects, please report the issue to us within two months of discovery. If the defect falls under warranty, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
